Important Information
In some cases, it is as simple as getting the proper letter from your insurance company or showing proof of compliance to get some of your charges completely dismissed without owing anything to the court. However, in most speeding cases, you will owe a fine and court cost to the court once it is negotiated; but, we to get you extra time to pay these fines, and we take them over to court for you.
To work with us, it generally takes about 5-10 minutes of your time. We simply collect your information, payment, and handle it from there. It’s never too late to hire us. You can still hire us right up to your court date.
Failure to Appear
Is a Failure to Appear on your driving record the reason that your license is revoked? We can get these removed from your driving record along with the Failure to Appear fee of $200 that you would otherwise have to pay to the court. This cleans up your driving record, and in most cases makes your license active again as soon as it is processed by the DMV.
