Expunctions

Were you charged with a criminal offense in the past that just keeps haunting you? It’s probably the reason you’ve been turned down for a job, a gun permit, an apartment, or even a loan. Did you know that you can no longer volunteer at your child’s school if you have anything on your criminal history? Let us help you!

Please give us a call so that we can discuss your options for what you can have expunged.  Since these laws are always changing, you may now be eligible to have an old charge (or charges) expunged (or totally removed) from your record in some cases, even if you did not previously qualify to do so. If your case was Dismissed or if you were found Not Guilty between December 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022, your case might have been automatically expunged.  However, Dismissals or findings of Not Guilty are no longer automatically expunged, but still qualify for expunction, but not without filing the proper paperwork to do so.  Also, findings of Guilty to non-violent misdemeanors and non-violent felonies can also be considered for expunction.
